About Tri-Cities Chaplaincy

Learn more about our Hospice Program →

Chaplaincy was brought into existence 51 years ago through a need in this community, and we have grown and evolved into the organization we are today because you deserve compassionate and quality care. We are honored to provide it. Whether caring for someone in hospice, providing spiritual support to those in crisis, or comforting children and families after the loss of a loved one, we stand beside those in need with you, our giving community.

Many people are not aware that some of our important programs are not paid for, or are only partially covered, by reimbursements. This includes our Volunteer Program, Chaplain Program for Hospice patients, and Bereavement programs, including Cork’s Place for children and teens. Even our Hospice House is not fully funded through Medicare. We rely on the generosity of this community to give you our best.

Cork’s Place Kids Grief Center

Learn more about Cork’s Place →

Cork’s Place Kids Grief Center is the only grief support facility in our area that is specifically designed for children and teens. Cork’s Place is free of charge and provides a safe and supportive environment where children, teens and families who are grieving a death can share their experiences as they move through their healing process.

With no other child and teen grief support facility in southeastern Washington, it is a crucial service for our community. Cork’s Place is funded by community support and is a service that couldn’t be offered without generous donors, like you.

Make an immediate impact for children and teens by donating to Cork’s Place on Giving Tuesday.
